Gil tested presumptively positive for methamphetamine. The Medical Examiner’s Office conducted the autopsy of Gil today. Since the Pran (inmate leader) of the prison, Wilmito and his gang took control of Vista Hermosa by force in 2005, drug use and violence have remained. We send our sincerest condolences to Gil’s family and loved ones. Gil was a resident of Escondido and his family has been notified of his death. Solved: Because of problems with d/l & installing Vista updates, I decided to use my HP recovery disks to restore my notebook to factory condition.
